We are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment for testing shrinkage, colour fastness, color matching etc. Our in-house laboratories ensure consistency of fabric and garment quality. Every aspect from fabric to the finished product is taken care of with utmost attention to detail. All our fabrics are tested in established laboratories such as Intertek and SGS as per the requirements of our clients.

We have a dedicated team of well trained and experienced quality control personnel responsible for monitoring the progress at every stage of production who ensure that the quality standards AQL 2.5-4 (MIL -STD 105E / ABC-STD 105 / DIN 40080) are met.

All the garments manufactured by us are subject to Cintex needle detection system to detect the presence of broken needle tips.
